When you submit the contact form on PostGen, we collect: your name, phone number, email address, monthly budget range, and desired post frequency. We also automatically collect your IP address and use it to determine your approximate country and region for business purposes.

We do not collect or store your AI generation prompts, or the images/captions generated for you.

We use your contact information solely to follow up on your inquiry about our social media management services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

IP geolocation data is used to understand where our visitors come from and to tailor our response. This data is stored internally and not shared.

Google Gemini API: When you generate a post, your prompt is sent to Google's Gemini API for processing. Please review Google's Privacy Policy for details on how Google handles API data.

ip-api.com: We use the ip-api.com service to resolve your IP address to an approximate location. Only your IP address is transmitted to this service.

PostGen does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We use a single session cookie to maintain your admin login if you are an administrator. No cookies are set for regular visitors.

Contact form submissions (leads) are retained for up to 2 years or until you request deletion. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
